Friendship Kids Zone
Equipping Families by Engaging Kids and Empowering Parents
In Friendship Kids Zone we have a passion for teaching like Jesus did. He taught in a hands-on exciting way and loved having children around, and so do we! We believe kids learn best with all five senses, and create each Sunday to be an experience in the Bible that they will never forget. Each area, activity, and lesson are geared specifically for your child’s age group!
What to Expect
First Time Guests
Look for a friendly Friendship Kids Zone volunteer, or ask anyone on our Welcome Team to help you find one! We can direct you to our Kids Zone hall, and help you find your child’s room. Spaces are designed just for their age group, and geared for an awesome Sunday morning experience! On your first Sunday we will ask for the following personal information: Your name, your child’s name, if they have any allergies, your cell phone number in case we need to text you during the service, and your email address.
How do I check-in my child?
We keep a simple sign in sheet in every room. When you arrive we will mark which service you will be attending. For our Nurseries we have a security tag system we use to be sure no child is ever released to an unauthorized individual. For our 3-5 yr old and K-4th grade classrooms we use an armband with a corresponding parent tag as well. Once you have provided your basic information, you should only have to check which service you are attending on the sign in board each week to be sure this process is fast and simple for your entire family!
Age groups include:
- Infant Nursery
- Toddler Nursery
- 3yrs – 5 yrs old
- K – 4th Grade
